We collect information you give us directly and a limited amount collected automatically:
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare proposals, deliver and support your project, process payments, and communicate with you about your work. We may send occasional updates about your project or Care Plan. We do not use your personal information for unrelated marketing without your consent.
We share information only with the service providers needed to run the business and deliver your project — for example, Stripe (payments), our hosting and email providers, and the AI tools we use to build. We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing. We may disclose information if required by law or valid legal process, such as a court order.
We use AI tools as part of how we design, write, and build. Materials you provide may be processed through these tools solely to complete your project. We do not knowingly submit sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers or financial account details) into AI tools, and we ask that you don't send us that kind of information unless it's genuinely required and requested.
Our site uses minimal cookies — typically only what's needed for the site to function and, if enabled, privacy-friendly analytics. We don't use invasive third-party advertising trackers. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
If we send you any commercial email, it will comply with the federal CAN-SPAM Act and Arizona's Commercial Electronic Mail law — meaning accurate sender information and an easy way to opt out. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly. We also respect the National Do Not Call Registry and Arizona's telemarketing rules; we won't cold-call or text-spam you.
We keep inquiry and project information as long as needed to deliver your work and for our legitimate business and tax records (generally up to seven years for financial records, as is standard). When information is no longer needed, we delete or securely dispose of it. You can request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 10).
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including secure tools and limiting access to what's necessary. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data. In the event of a data breach affecting Arizona residents, we will comply with Arizona's data breach notification law (A.R.S. § 18-552), which requires timely notice to affected individuals and, where applicable, to the Arizona Attorney General and other authorities.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of non-essential communications at any time. Just email hello@aivibesite.com and we'll take care of it.
Arizona does not currently have a comprehensive consumer privacy law, but because we may serve clients in other states, we honor reasonable access, correction, and deletion requests regardless of where you live. If you're a resident of a state with specific privacy rights (such as California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights, including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion — and we'll honor those requests.
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, in line with the federal COPPA. If a project involves a site directed at or featuring a minor (for example, a youth athlete's recruiting page), any information is provided and controlled by the parent or guardian who engages us.
Our site and the sites we build may link to third-party services (like Stripe, Netlify, or social platforms). Those services have their own privacy policies, and we're not responsible for their practices.
We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Significant changes will be posted here.

Do you sell my data?
No. We never sell your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties for their marketing. We only use providers needed to run the business and build your project.
Do you store my credit card number?
No. All payments run through Stripe, which handles card data directly. We never see or store your full card number.
You use AI — does my information get fed into it?
Only the materials needed to build your project, and only to build your project. We don't put sensitive data (like SSNs or bank details) into AI tools, and we ask that you don't send us that kind of information.
Can I ask you to delete my information?
Yes, anytime. Email us and we'll remove what we hold, aside from records we're legally required to keep (like tax records).
I'm in California (or another state with a privacy law) — do I have extra rights?
Yes. Even though we're an Arizona business, we honor access, correction, and deletion rights for residents of states like California under the CCPA/CPRA. Just email us.
What happens if there's a data breach?
We'd notify you promptly and follow Arizona's breach notification law (A.R.S. § 18-552), including notifying the state Attorney General and other authorities when required.
